Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Dry Oats
- 1/4 Cup of Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup of Mini Chocolate Chips
- Dash of Salt
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. The mixture should be sticky.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Make small balls using the palm of your hands (approx. 13).
100 Cal/ energy ball.
It's a perfect snack (and your kids will love it)! I often eat one before my workout (to give me a little bit of energy) or if I want something sweet at the end of my day.
